Refund & cancellation policy

An order only becomes final once it's paid for at the counter. Until then, it's just held for you — you can cancel it yourself from your order page at any time, no reason required, and nothing is charged.

An unpaid order that isn't paid for in time (or is still unpaid when the shop closes) is automatically cleared on its own.

Because payment is cash (or UPI) at the counter, refunds after payment are handled in person by our staff — bring your token or order code to the counter.

If an order is cancelled after payment but before it's collected, it's refunded in full.

If something was wrong with an order you've already collected — a missing or incorrect item — tell the counter as soon as you notice. We'll make it right or refund the affected item.

Refunds are returned the same way the order was paid for — cash back, or reversed on the UPI transaction — and are recorded against your order.
